Over the last 15 years, Emily Warner has focused her practice on prosecuting and defending construction and commercial litigation matters. Ms. Warner has represented owners, designers, contractors, and sureties in a wide-range of construction matters. She has represented individuals, private companies, and insurance companies in commercial, banking, and first-party property matters. Ms. Warner has transactional experience and has drafted a variety of contractual agreements, ranging from project subcontracts to joint venture agreements. She also had the honor of serving as assistant general counsel for a national heavy civil construction company which gave her insight into the difficult challenges faced by those in the construction industry.

Ms. Warner earned her Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, from the University of Florida in 2004 and her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law in 2007. While in law school, Emily served as the Executive Editor of the Journal of Transnational Law and Policy, worked for a local law firm researching and writing legal memorandums, and volunteered for the Innocence Project.
